MEET THE SLP
Sarah Smith, M.S., CCC-SLP, TSSLD, CLC
Hi! I'm Sarah, a speech pathologist, feeding therapist, and mom. I am so glad you are here.

My passion for the early childhood years led me to a fulfilling career as a traveling SLP in Early Intervention. I met families from all walks of life, and shared joy and heartbreak with them as we navigated together through their children's therapy journeys. I saw first hand how supporting and empowering caregivers using evidence-based approaches made a huge impact on a child's progress in therapy. I also became a certified lactation counselor (CLC) to better support the breastfeeding goals of the mothers and babies I worked with. After the birth of my son in 2020, navigating a challenging feeding journey of our own--in which I played the part of the caregiver--and a little thing called a global pandemic, I decided to follow my heart and open my own private practice to support families in the greater Rochester/Finger Lakes region struggling to help their children eat and communicate.
Today, I provide in-office and virtual therapy visits to families across New York. I love what I do, and I hope you will too.
